We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Every return helps us continue our mission of protecting cats in need while ensuring you have the best shopping experience.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed fashion items back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original delivery, noting the reason for return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
